SYSTEM INTRODUCTION

Whether it is an open-pit mine or an underground mine, with the advancement of intelligence, the demand for network communication is becoming stronger and stronger. Due to the mobility of equipment and the isolation of space, the establishment of network access is very difficult, and power carrier communication has become the most effective means of mining network construction.
 
Over the years, UPETS™ products have been widely applied in domestic and foreign mining industries, accumulating rich industry experience and providing a strong guarantee for the construction of smart minerals.
Undermine power carrier communication solution - UPETS™ (Underground Power Carrier High-Speed Ethernet Transmission System) - uses power cables to provide reliable underground communications and implement automation and intelligence in complex underground environments to improve the mining operating environment. The system consists of BPLM and Coupler, which can realize Point-to-Point communication and point-to-multipoint communication. Its networking is flexible and can be plug-and-play without complicated settings, making it convenient for on-site network layout.
 
We know that one of the biggest challenges underground is communication between the working face and the surface; underground working faces will continue to have fewer people and increased automation; to minimize risks to humans and maximize productivity.
 
Network challenges faced by underground mining include confined spaces, lack of GPS signals, explosive gases, weak formations, and complex mining machinery. Therefore, using power lines for communication is the best option under the mine. Our UPETS™ products are designed to leverage G.hn technology for real-time system data, productivity analytics, voice and video, and monitoring below the mine.
